Dates for your Diary

West Kent CTC Hill Climb . Sunday 5th November.

The club’s annual Hill Climb competition will take place at the usual venue of Old Polhill, starting at 11.00am.
It is primarily a bit of fun, with the age of entries sometimes ranging from 10 – 80, and a good place to meet up with old friends even if you don’t fancy riding.

If you are a newcomer and would like to come along and meet us for a chat you would be more than welcome and there will be tea, coffee and cakes available.
Old Polhill is a former lane that has been changed to a Bridleway and so is a perfect venue, being free from traffic. It is situated on the A21 between Badgers Mount and Dunton Green, adjacent to the old Pol Hill Arms (now a furniture shop).

There is plenty of parking, should you wish to drive, in an adjacent lay by on the A21.
Riders set off at minute intervals with time keepers top and bottom. There are categories for Juniors, Ladies, and Vets  (over 55), with boxes of sweets and a cup for the winner.
Hope to see you there.
