To celebrate the official opening of this transformational new connection along the Thames Path please join us for the opening cermoney including refreshments and talks from;

• Cllr Denise Scott-McDonald – Cabinet Member for Air Quality, Public Realm and Transport, Royal Borough of Greenwich.
• Will Norman – The Mayor of London’s Walking and Cycling Commissioner, Greater London Authority.

We will meet by the new Thames Barrier ramp on Unity Way. Following opening speeches we will walk and/or cycle over to the new elevated walkway at Warspite Road for an official opening and refreshments.

Attendees are actively encouraged to arrive by walking, cycling or public transport. If this is not an option then please email cycling-strategy@royalgreenwich.gov.uk so that parking can be arranged.
